1) Upon receiving enquiry form regarding renovation quotation, we would contact customer to arrange for an appointment to discuss renovation details.
2) It would take around 3 to 5 days to come up with the renovation quotation to customize to individual customer’s needs and requirements.
3) We would then arrange for a second appointment to discuss about the quotation and a 2D floor plan where further amend could be made. Otherwise if quotation is up to customer’s satisfaction, we would proceed on with signing of contract where the first payment (10% of contract amount) will be collected.
4) Followed on by space planning, 3D conceptual drawing, colour and material selection and on site measurement.
5) Then we would apply for HDB hacking permit or send in renovation form for condo management which takes around 3 to 5 working days.
6) Upon approval of permit, we would collect 40% of contract amount and proceed on with commencement of renovation work and 45% of contract amount upon measurement of carpentry. The renovation process generally takes about 4 to 8 weeks.
7) After the renovation work is completed, we would arrange with customer to discuss with if there are any defects or unsatisfactory. If necessary, it would take 5 to 6 working days to complete the rectification work.
8) Lastly, after ensuring that customer is satisfied with the renovation work, we would collect the last payment (5% of contract amount) and hand over the keys.
